The Story Behind Arise Cosmetic

For years, many beauty brands in India have had to choose between quality and speed or between custom formulation and reliability.

That’s the gap our founders saw back in 2017. Meet Dhruvesh Raj and Harish Bhadouriya, founders of Arise Cosmetic. In 2017, with just some of the machines, limited capital, and a powerful idea, Arise Cosmetic set out to build a better manufacturing partner, one that could provide all-timely delivery, strict quality control, and the freedom of custom formulation into a single offering.

What started as a small unit has evolved into a GMP & ISO-certified, FDCA-approved, large-scale manufacturing facility producing 5 tons daily, with 25+ skilled people such as cosmetic chemists, formulation scientists, process engineers, and quality control analysts pushing innovation across every product batch. 

We have been manufacturing a wide range of products across categories like haircare, skincare, baby care, intimate hygiene, and men’s grooming for the last seven years. Our services include private label, contract, custom formulation, and cosmetic manufacturing.

From startups to established beauty houses, we proudly cater to businesses of all sizes across India.

We have already partnered with 2000+ brands in the past 8 years. In 2025, we were honored at the “What Gujarat Thinks Today Conclave”, receiving an award from CM Shri Bhupendra Patel for our contribution to the cosmetic industry.

As we expand into hair color, dyes, and pharmaceuticals, our mission remains the same, and that is to become India’s most trusted cosmetic manufacturer and compete proudly with global leaders from China, South Korea, Brazil, and Italy.

  • All Vessels, Machines, and Contract Parts are Made of? : Steel used- SS 310, auto vacuum-based material weighing, VFD steering controllers, 8 HP homogenisers, 5 HP lobe transfer pump(non-foaming), 36 KW jacket heaters
  • How is the manufacturing and filling area designed to ensure hygiene and cleanliness? :
    – We have a dedicated production area in which we ensure each and every machine gets cleaned with our hygiene SOPs.
    – No hands get touched to the material because we have an auto vacuum-based material weighing facility, which directly adds materials for mixing into vessels via suction pipes.
    – We have a lobe transfer pump facility that helps draw material from the vessel to filling machines without creating any unyielding foam in the ready material.
  • What air and humidity control systems are used in different facility zones? :Our production vessels have nitrogen flushing facilities with vessel vacuum, ensuring air-sensitive batches complete without any air contact.
